This removes the ridiculous Beast race tusks. This gives Serana fangs as she is not a part of the proper 'Vampire race'. This gives female Vampires fangs and fixes the Male Vampire fangs. The only thing missing is the ability to sire other Vampires but this feature is broken and leaves those you turn with mis-matched face/bodies.
